Customs Fees (International Shipping)
UCTRONICS ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
If you decide not to pay the customs fees and have the order returned back to us, it will be paid at our expenses, and such fees will be deducted from the final refund.
Unclaimed packages will be held for disposal by certain customs, which means we are not getting them back. You will be fully responsible for the loss in situations like this, there will be no refund for neither the order nor the shipping costs.
- We will ship all in-stock orders within 24-72 hours as your payment has cleared.
- All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
- Please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped.
- Once an order’s shipped, you will get an email or two with related tracking information.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses (USA)
When using Po Boxes & Military addresses, only standard delivery is available.
A physical address is necessary for orders with Express Shipping.
Process Time & Address Change
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please contact us ASAP if you need to modify the shipping information, we are not able to change the shipping address once a package is dispatched.

*We currently don’t have overnight/2-day shipping for orders from other countries.
Refunds on Orders
We do not offer refunds on dispatched orders.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping company and the tracking information is updated, we are not able to stop/expedite it.
If your order is still being processed (pre-shipment), and you want to cancel it or change it to regular/express shipping, please contact our Customer Service.
We are not a shipping service provider, we do our best to make sure all orders are processed and are given to the shipping company within 72 hours.
However, shipping time may vary due to unexpected situations (bad weather/holidays/COVID-19 outbreak/etc.), please let us know if you have trouble tracking the order, we will double-check it with the shipping company and get back to you with the ETA.
Please be made aware that we do not refund shipping costs on delayed deliveries.
