Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made through our site are valid for a refund within 5 days of receipt, exchange/credit within 10 days of receipt.

  • All returns/exchanges must obtain an authorization first, you may contact us at [email protected] for it.
  • Items must be in its original condition, returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' products will not be accepted.
  • You need to write your name, email address, order number, the reason for return/exchange on a slip and include it in the package.
  • Please provide us with a tracking number of the returned package (if applicable).
  • Free returns/exchanges are only available for wrong/defect items.
  • Returns could take up to 2 weeks, and this does not include transit times.

Refund

Shipping Costs on Returns: We will cover the returning expenses for 1) wrong items being sent and 2) damaged/defective items being received, otherwise you (the customer) are responsible for any extra costs initiated by the return.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store coupons.

Refund for store coupon will be processed the minute the returned package gets to our warehouse. We will inform you once a refund’s issued. Normally you will get the refund within 1-3 days.

Receiving wrong/damaged items?

Please be made aware that shipping services are not provided by us, so this could happen from time to time.

Please contact us immediately through our live chat or at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged items/packaging, and we will arrange a resend ASAP.
