We try to find the best and cost-effective shipment way for you. Due to this and the fact that we serve orders worldwide, you have different shipping ways depending on your location. All products are enclosed in a good package in order to avoid hits, and we take care with electronic components, putting them into anti-static bags, offering a good service to our customers.


  1. We will ship all in-stock orders in 1-3 business days as your payment has cleared.
  2. All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
  3. With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not, we can’t be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
  4. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us of any address change before your order is marked “Shipped” to avoid parcel loss.

There are 3 shipping method options when you place an order on our UCTRONICS website.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all the orders (package weight ≤ 2KG) placed on our UCTRONICS Website. If total order value < 50USD and you select Free Shipping option, we will send the package by flat air mail. Expected shipping time is 2-4 weeks. If total order value ≥ 50USD and you select Free Shipping option, we will send the package by Registered air mail with track number. Expected shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Standard Shipping

If you need track number for order value < 50USD, please select Standard Shipping Option. We will charge you 2USD for track number. The package will be shipped by Registered air mail with track number. Expected shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Expedited Shipping

If you need fast delivery for your package, please select Expedited Shipping option. We will send the package by EMS/DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT. Expected shipping time is 4-7 working days if no problem in customs clearance.

If you need to receive an order within a lower period of time than above mentioned, please, contact us for arranging an extraordinary shipping way.

If you need reasonable shipping cost and shipping methods for wholesale, please feel free to contact us.

Please Note: the shipping costs do not include the duties and taxes in the destination country expenses.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for a refund within 5 days of receipt (10 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: [email protected] for return authorization.

No returns will be accepted without having obtained a return authorization in advance. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.

Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 3 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must cover the cost of returning the product. You will need to pay for shipping (if you want a refund instead of a replacement). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
